2007
  • TAV Airports Holding went public.
  • The new passenger terminal of Tbilisi International Airport was launched.
  • Batumi International Airport was put into operation.
  • TAV Airports won the tender for Monastir Habib Bourguiba and Enfidha Zine El Abidine Ben Ali International Airports in Tunisia.
  • Havaş became a wholly owned subsidiary of TAV Airports Holding Co.
  • TAV Airports purchased all remaining shares of TAV Izmir and TAV Esenboga.
  • TAV Airports won the tender to operate Antalya Gazipasa Airport.
  • The Hopa Terminal, operated by Havas, was put into service.
2008
  • TAV Airports took over the operation of Monastir Habib Bourguiba International Airport in Tunisia.
  • TAV Gazipasa Investment-Construction-Operations Co. was established for the operation of Antalya Gazipaşa Airport.
  • TAV Airports won the tender and signed the concession agreement regarding the operations of the airports at Macedonia; Alexander the Great Airport in Skopje and the St. Paul the Apostle International Terminal in Ohrid and also became optionally entitled to operate the new cargo airport in Shtip, the construction of which it has undertaken.
  • Havaş won the tender to become a partner (with a 50% share) in TGS ("Turkish Ground Handling Services Co.), a subsidiary of THY.
2009
  • TAV Airports achieved a capital increase of 121 million TL.
  • TAV Gazipaşa began operations at Antalya Gazipaşa Airport.
  • Investment in Enfidha Zine El Abidine Bin Ali International Airport was finalized and operations began at the airport.
  • TAV Airports Holding and the Al Rajhi Holdings Group signed a joint venture contract.
  • Havas acquired 50% of TGS shares.
  • A member of the World Bank Group, IFC (the International Finance Corporation) acquired 15% shares of TAV Tunisie.
2010
  • TAV Macedonia DOOEL has taken over operations of the airports in Macedonia, Alexander the Great in Skopje and St. Paul the Apostle in Ohrid, as of March 1, 2010.
  • Sale of 18% minority shares of TAV Tunisie SA for €39,690,000 to the Pan African Infrastructure Development Fund was finalized. 
  • Havaş Airports Ground Handling Investment Trust, in which our company (TAV Airports Holding Co., TAV Operations Services Co., TAV IT Services Co.) possesses a 65% share, HSBC Investment Bank Holdings Plc and Is Private Equity have respective 28.3% and 6.7% shares was founded. 
  • Havas purchased  50% shares of NHS for €3.25 mn in total.
  • TAV signed a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with the the Latvian national airline AirBaltic for a Joint Venture partnership on a 50:50 shareholding .

2011
  • TAV commenced service at commercial areas in Latvia’s Riga Airport
  • TAV Airports Holding raised its stake in TAV Security from 66.67% to 100%.
  • TAV Airports’ stake in TAV Urban Georgia’s increased from 66% to 76%.
  • TAV Airports raised its stake in TAV Batumi Operations LLC’s from 60% to 76%.
  • BTA Denizyolları (BTA Marine) was founded as a 50%-50% joint venture of BTA and TASS; BTA commenced service at İDO (Istanbul Fast FerriesCo.) locations.
  • Skopje Airport’s new terminal commenced operation after construction was completed.
  • TAV Airports, and partners Al Rajhi and Saudi Oger, signed a contract forthe build-operate-transfer project of Medinah Airport.
  • TAV Airports Holding was awarded the tender for the leasing of the operation rights of Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport’s existing International Terminal, CIP, Domestic Terminal and associated structures.
  • Havaş, increased its ownership stake in North Hub Services (NHS) from 50% to 66.7% as of December 20, 2011. NHSstarting operating under “Havaş Europe” commercial brand.
2012
  • The agreement for the sale of 38% of TAV Airports’ shares to the Aéroports de Paris Group for US$ 874 million was signed on March 11, 2012. Theshare transfer deal closed on May 16, 2012.
  • TAV Airports, assumed operation of Medinah airport at the end of June 2012.
  • TAV Airports was recognized with the “Highest Corporate Governance Rating Score” award at the Third Corporate Governance Awards organized by the Corporate Governance Association of Turkey (TKYD).
  • In the European Investor Relations Survey conducted annually by Thomson Reuters Extel Surveys, TAV Airports was voted first place in two categories: “Best Company in Investor Relations - 1st in Turkey (3rd in European Transport Sector)” and “Best Investor Relations Officer - 1st in Turkey (2nd in European Transport Sector).”
  • TAV Airports acquired the remaining 35% stake in Havaş.

2013

2014

  • The new domestic terminal in Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport was opened.
  • Milas Bodrum Airport concession was awarded to TAV Airports.
  • Construction commenced on the new passenger terminal at Zagreb Airport.
  • HAVAŞ expands its service network to Saudi Arabia.
  • ATU was awarded the concession for the operating rights of duty free areas at Oman Salalah International Airport.
  • ATU was awarded the concession for the operating rights of duty free areas of five airports in Tunisia.
  • TGS won the tender for THY’s ground handling services at eight airports.
2015
  • TAV Airports’ stake in TAV Urban Georgia increased from 76% to 80%.
  • TAV Airports paid a dividend of TL 0.8425 to each share with a nominal value of TL 1 for a total dividend distribution to shareholders of TL 306.052.855.
  • ATU won the tender for the operating rights of duty free areas at Houston George Bush Airport in USA.
  • TAV Airports’ consortium was not selected as the preferred bidder in La Guardia Airport tender.
  • The new international terminal in Medinah Airport was opened.
  • TAV Airports’ consortium received PQ for five airports in Philippines.
  • The terminal extension project at Istanbul Ataturk Airport international terminal was started.
